Enterprise Solutions Architect (Manufacturing & Apparel ERP)

About the Role

Bridge high-level enterprise client operations with Nabik AI’s technical platforms. You will lead discovery, workflow mapping, and architecture planning for manufacturing conglomerates and apparel export factories adopting our specialized Garments ERP.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise leadership, plant general managers, and financial controllers.
• Map complex factory operations (BOM engineering, cutting bundle barcodes, Commercial L/C) into Nabik AI configuration schemas.
• Design custom integration bridges between legacy on-premise systems, accounting software, and Nabik AI cloud endpoints.
• Guide technical implementation teams through data migration, user acceptance testing, and factory go-live milestones.
• Provide continuous product feedback to core engineering based on real-world factory operational bottlenecks.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in enterprise software solutions, ERP implementation, or technical consulting.
• Deep domain knowledge of garments manufacturing, industrial supply chains, or export commercial banking (L/C, PI).
• Ability to read and discuss technical database schemas, SQL queries, REST APIs, and webhook structures.
• Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and client stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience implementing major ERP suites (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or specialized apparel ERPs).
• Engineering or computer science academic background with commercial fluency.
